Tax Rate for Short-Term Rentals (any rental less than 6 months)
The combined tax rate for Levy County transient rentals will be 11%, composed of the 6% state sales tax, the 4% tourist development tax, and the 1% small county surtax.
Discounts and Information for Mid-Term Rentals
Mid-Term Rental discounts are available for 1-3 month bookings. Mid-term rentals will include basic necessities for a few days with the expectation that you will provide your own supplies for the remainder of your stay. You will have full use of the dishwasher and the washer/dryer.Mystic Oaks will cover up to $50 dollars of the water bill (typically $35) and $150 of the Electrical (typically $100) for your stay. Weekly cleaning services will be available at an additional charge. Please inquire with us for more information.
Refunds/Cancellations
We have a strict no-refund policy, except in extreme circumstances. During the booking process, you will be offered RentalGuardian travel insurance which protects you against trip cancellations, interruptions and medical problems. You can see the schedule of benefits here.
